Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and deploy OTBI reports and dashboards
  • Conduct Voice of Customer surveys to serve as guidance for reporting and improve utilization/adoption rates
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on workforce trends, talent acquisition, retention, employee engagement, and performance
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across HR systems and reporting platforms
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and HR to align people data with business outcomes
  • Stay current on HR analytics trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the function

Requirements

  • 5+ years of transferrable experience
  • 2-4 years of Oracle OTBI experience
  • Demonstrated SQL proficiency
  • Proven track record of success in sales analytics or related roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, or a related field
  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Innovative and eager to learn
