About the role
- Junior Technical Analyst supporting multiple Yardi products to ensure efficient application performance through data analysis. Collaborating with clients and teams to enhance software integration and resolve technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and troubleshoot application and data-related issues across multiple products, identifying root causes and supporting resolution of escalated cases
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define application issues and clarify technical and data requirements
- Write and optimize SQL queries to investigate system behavior, validate data integrity, and support cross-system workflows
- Assist in developing and maintaining reports and automation solutions
- Contribute to process reviews and workflow improvement initiatives
- Stay informed about product updates and technical best practices
Requirements
- Solid foundational SQL knowledge
- Exposure to Python for data processing, automation, or system integration tasks
- Familiarity with GitHub or basic version control concepts
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and software development concepts and practices
- Ability to use AI tools to enhance analysis and productivity
- Fluency in English
- Clear communication skills, including the ability to explain technical findings
