  • Program Manager leading people change and engagement programs focused on creating vibrant, connected workplaces. Navigating change and fostering community understanding within the Department of Transport and Planning.

Responsibilities

  • The Program Manager leads discrete, priority people change and engagement programs
  • Help people navigate change — and keep skills where they matter most
  • Initial focus on Vibrant and Connected Workplaces
  • Create vibrant, connected DTP workplaces where people come together to inspire, innovate and belong

Requirements

  • Significant experience in leading employee change and engagement activities in large, complex organisations (mandatory)
  • Specific experience in managing workplace behavioural change, preferably in accommodation or similar contexts (mandatory)
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills (desirable)
  • Understanding of Industrial Relations processes and the role of Workplace Relations teams (desirable)
  • Knowledge of and ability to apply human-centred design principles to workplace change (desirable)
