About the role

  • Procurement Support Advisor providing high-level administrative support to the Procurement Support Team. Liaising with stakeholders to manage contracts and prequalification applications in Melbourne.

Responsibilities

  • Provides high level day to day administrative support to the Procurement Support Team
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to support contract execution
  • Manage procurement support systems including CMS (Zycus), Finance system (Oracle), and DocuSign
  • Respond to queries promptly and establish strong working relationships with stakeholders
  • Provide sound advice on works contracts and procurement policies

Requirements

  • Previous procurement experience in government or corporate environment
