Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the assigned portfolio, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from portfolio selection to product launch, commercialization, and eventual retirement.
Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches, ensuring seamless coordination across all functions.
Develop and manage marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
Monitor product performance through pre-established KPI’s and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
Serve as the product expert, presenting initiatives and engaging the sales team.
Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to all stakeholders, from technical teams to senior leadership.
Liaise with Supply Chain to minimize negative impact of disruption.
Requirements
Undergraduate degree in business or related discipline.
7+ years of successful & relevant experience leading similar product portfolio(s) in Canada.
Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential.
Deep understanding of the Canadian generic pharmaceutical landscape is preferred.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical Portfolio Management practices related to the Canadian environment (regulatory, compliance, etc.) is ideal.
Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Knowledge of IQVIA data and its different datasets.
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications.
