About the role

  • Product Manager driving decision systems for rental applications at Findigs. Collaborating with teams to enhance decisioning and improve outcomes for property managers and renters.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Decisions & Outcomes roadmap end-to-end from discovery and scoping through delivery and measurement, across ruleset orchestration, fraud detection, specialist tooling, and decision accuracy.
  • Drive measurable improvements to decision speed, accuracy, and fraud prevention, directly impacting win rates, customer retention, and revenue growth.
  • Translate complex technical systems into clear business value narratives, presenting to executives, customers, and cross-functional partners.
  • Partner with Data and Engineering to identify and integrate new signals for fraud detection, risk assessment, and decision automation, including exploring ML-driven signals and dynamic ruleset optimization.
  • Expand DecisionAssist’s capabilities to serve more complex customer segments, including affordable housing, student housing, and large multifamily.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment and communication, ensuring Screening Ops, Sales, Market, and Customer Success teams are informed and aligned on upcoming changes to decisioning systems.
  • Influence company-level product strategy as an experienced voice in the PM org, connecting decisioning work to broader goals around the renter journey, new segments, and competitive moats.
  • Mentor and elevate junior PMs, sharing domain expertise in decisioning systems and establishing best practices for discovery, measurement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience, with 3+ years in product management owning complex, system-level products.
  • Deep understanding of decisioning systems, rules engines, or workflow automation at scale.
  • Experience owning a revenue-generating product end-to-end, including roadmap, discovery, delivery, and measurement.
  • Strong technical fluency: comfortable with APIs, data pipelines, SQL, and system architecture trade-offs.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical systems into business value narratives for executives and customers.
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven product iteration.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership; you can drive alignment across Engineering, Ops, Design, and GTM with authority.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; you can present confidently to leadership and customers.
  • Experience with fraud detection, risk systems, or compliance-sensitive products.
