About the role

  • Growth Marketer at AssoConnect focusing on AI-powered marketing and CRM. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance acquisition and nurture leads in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

  • Own the HubSpot marketing stack: lead scoring, workflows, automations, and reporting.
  • Build and operate the nurturing engine: lead routing, lifecycle stages, and sequences tailored to the right audiences.
  • Build and launch new acquisition experiments: AI-powered tools, marketplace strategies, and programmatic approaches.
  • Contribute to outbound acquisition: contact enrichment, scraping, and automated BDR workflows.
  • Build and optimize nurturing flows to improve lead-to-trial and free-to-paid conversion.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in marketing operations, RevOps, growth marketing, or marketing automation, preferably in SaaS or tech.
  • CRM power user; HubSpot experience is a plus.
  • Experience with tracking and attribution: UTM management, Google Analytics or similar, and funnel analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to track funnel performance end-to-end.
  • Early adopter of AI with experience applying AI to concrete use cases.
  • Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code tools: Zapier, Retool, Make, etc.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). Spanish or Italian is a plus.
