About the role

  • Global Mobility Manager overseeing international HR services and compliance for Prohoc's global operations. Collaborating across functions to ensure smooth global mobility processes for employees.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop global mobility policies, processes, and ways of working
  • Manage international assignments end-to-end, from planning to repatriation
  • Support business leaders in planning assignments (e.g. compensation, compliance, cost estimates)
  • Ensure compliance related to international tax, immigration, and employment regulations together with HR, Payroll, and Finance
  • Act as a key point of contact between stakeholders and external partners globally

Requirements

  • 5+ years of solid experience in global mobility, international HR, or a related field
  • Ability to turn complex regulations into clear, practical guidance for business and employees
  • Experience managing international assignments and working with external partners (e.g. tax, legal, EOR)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in an international environment
  • Structured, development-oriented mindset and enjoy improving processes and ways of working
  • Fluent in Finnish and English; Spanish is considered as an advantage.
