Responsibilities
Control and track costs per department and activity, ensuring efficient resource use.
Support controlling coordinator with input from your assigned areas.
Conduct independently financial analyses to guide departmental strategy, identify cost-saving opportunities, and assess financial performance.
Create a forecast and Budget with your areas.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Work closely and with department heads, fostering effective communication and collaboration to achieve financial and operational objectives.
Develop and present detailed monthly reports on production performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, productivity, etc.
Requirements
College Diploma or equivalent in business informatics, business administration, finance or accounting.
3-5 years of experience.
Experience in process analysis, optimization, and automation.
In-depth knowledge of digital transformation processes and the implementation of workflow solutions.
Strong, target group-oriented, and persuasive communication skills.
Understanding of the big picture of end-to-end processes and the ability to break down complex systems and processes into clear and actionable work packages.
2+ years’ hands-on experience with SAP Hana.
