About the role
- Associate Controller overseeing financial management within various departments in PowerCo's battery production. Ensure compliance, analyze costs, and support strategic financial planning.
Responsibilities
- Control and track costs per department and activity, ensuring efficient resource use.
- Support controlling coordinator with input from your assigned areas.
- Conduct independently financial analyses to guide departmental strategy, identify cost-saving opportunities, and assess financial performance.
- Create a forecast and Budget with your areas.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Work closely and with department heads, fostering effective communication and collaboration to achieve financial and operational objectives.
- Develop and present detailed monthly reports on production performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, productivity, etc.
Requirements
- College Diploma or equivalent in business informatics, business administration, finance or accounting.
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Experience in process analysis, optimization, and automation.
- In-depth knowledge of digital transformation processes and the implementation of workflow solutions.
- Strong, target group-oriented, and persuasive communication skills.
- Understanding of the big picture of end-to-end processes and the ability to break down complex systems and processes into clear and actionable work packages.
- 2+ years’ hands-on experience with SAP Hana.
