About the role
- Regional Sales Manager leading merchant acquisition and parcel growth for InPost's eCommerce solutions in North UK. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic market growth.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver merchant acquisition, parcel volume, and revenue growth across the Northern region.
- Drive adoption of InPost solutions at ecommerce checkout.
- Analyse regional market trends, ecommerce behaviours, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a team of field-based Business Development Managers.
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the regional sales team.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key ecommerce merchants and strategic partners.
- Produce accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Work closely with Network, Logistics, Customer Success, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Marketing teams.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, with significant time spent in sales leadership or management roles.
- Strong preference for experience within logistics, ecommerce, parcel delivery, or last-mile solutions.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales, volume, and revenue targets.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop field-based sales teams.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce ecosystems, checkout integration, and merchant acquisition strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and commercial negotiation skills.
- Confident user of HubSpot CRM and modern sales enablement tools.
- Comfortable using data to inform decision-making and refine sales strategy.
