Responsibilities
Manage the Shop and his/her team of agents with responsibility for revenues and results.
Coach and mentor real estate agents in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
Acquisition and supervision of clients and properties.
Preparation and holding of sales presentations.
Conduct competitive analysis and primary research of the market - keep the sales team updated of internal knowledge.
Implement the sales strategies plans.
Participate in the recruitment of new real estate agents.
Requirements
Bachelor degree or Diploma (preferably in Business - related field).
Fluent in Greek and English language, written and spoken (German would be considered an asset).
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Professional experience in Sales / Service providing industry. Experience in the real estate sector will be considered a plus.
