3 years experience leading projects or managing people
Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Six Sigma Black or Green Certification (Preferred)
3 years of managed care and/or call center operations experience (Preferred)
3 years of Medicaid/Medicare experience (Preferred)
3 years of NCQA experience (Preferred)
Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and other applications
