About the role

Responsibilities
- Perform IPC inspections based on product specifications, following the test plan and specified test methods
- Document results
- Operate provided laboratory equipment
- Release data and record results in the designated IT tool
- Apply test methods according to the test plan
- Communicate test results to relevant stakeholders in production and quality
- Support the process for controlling defective products and handling complaints
- Raise awareness of product quality within production
- Drive and optimize quality-related topics within the operation
Requirements
- Ideally completed vocational training
- Relevant professional experience in manufacturing or laboratory work is an advantage
- IT skills in Microsoft Office and ideally experience with SAP
- Willingness to work shifts (3-shift system)
- Conscientiousness, accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong quality awareness
- Proactivity and ability to maintain concentration
- Ability to work independently and strong interpersonal skills
- Good German language skills, written and spoken, and basic English skills
