Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Lead end-to-end implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, customization, and deployment
- Develop and maintain custom connectors, workflows, rules, and policies according to business needs
- Integrate SailPoint IdentityIQ with various systems and applications through APIs, web services, and custom connectors
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure efficient IAM integration
- Ensure alignment with IAM best practices, regulatory requirements, and security standards
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development guidelines and frameworks
- Support IAM process automation initiatives to promote scalability and efficiency
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Proven experience in designing and implementing SailPoint solutions, including custom development and integrations
- Strong programming skills (Java or similar)
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint connectors and integration with systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and cloud services
- Strong understanding of Identity Governance, identity lifecycle management, provisioning, and RBAC
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs for integration and automation
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, etc.) and containerized environments (Docker and Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of security standards and frameworks (e.g., OWASP, NIST, ISO 27001)
- Team management experience (preferred)
