Ingénieur(e) Qualification & Validation ensuring compliance in HVAC systems at Novo Nordisk Chartres. Leading projects impacting critical quality systems in a world-class pharmaceutical environment.
Responsibilities
Oversee all qualification activities related to equipment and systems (initial qualification and maintenance of validated status), including drafting, executing, reviewing and archiving all quality documentation (VPL, URS, PRO, RAP, QRM, etc.)
Lead HVAC and FMS/BMS activities in connection with maintenance shutdowns, and coordinate qualification execution with other departments
Manage technical changes in coordination with relevant departments and monitor implementation of projects impacting systems
Manage incidents: analyze and resolve alarms, breakdowns and faults related to FMS systems, while ensuring preparation of system assessments
Handle deviations (HVAC, FMS/BMS), keep quality documentation up to date, and participate in site audits and inspections
Act as engineering support for optimization projects and supervise complex quality improvement projects related to processes and equipment
Lead continuous improvement projects, define and implement cLEAN best practices, and coach teams to identify improvement opportunities
Requirements
Engineering degree (HVAC, automation, industrial IT or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in utilities qualification or validation, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry
Strong knowledge of HVAC and FMS/BMS systems and their associated regulatory requirements
Proven skills in quality documentation, qualification and validation
Proficiency in Excel and SAP, with the ability to analyze data and interact with various stakeholders
Good level of technical English, both written and spoken
Excellent team spirit, rigor, autonomy and a strong interest in technical systems
