About the role

  • Conducts detailed analysis and research for the Meetinghouse Facilities Department in Japan. Prepares reports and recommendations while supporting various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts detail analysis and research, identifies options, prepares reports & presentations, and recommends action or change.
  • Facilitates improvements in business systems that will enable better customer service.
  • Assists in the preparation and administration of annual plans.
  • Provides administrative support and resolves system questions and issues for users in various divisions (Planning, Real Estate, Architecture & Construction, Operations & Maintenance, etc.).
  • Manages meeting minutes and assists teams by coordinating project details.
  • Updates key information in database and reconciles financial data.

Requirements

  • Hold valid temple-recommend.
  • Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, business management, quantitative research, or related field.
  • Four years experience in facilities management, capital needs analysis, or business management with an emphasis on data analysis and life cycle cost analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Japanese language and intermediate level English.
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Ability to work proactively and coordinate smoothly with other team members.
