Responsibilities
Welcome customers with energy and deliver a Pokawa experience from ordering to payment
Manage dine-in, takeaway and orders placed through delivery platforms
Lead and supervise the team during service to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety rules (HACCP)
Ensure proper application of production processes
Manage procurement and inventory
Participate in HR management: recruitment, training, scheduling and team follow-up
Maintain excellent team spirit within the restaurant
Monitor key performance indicators and implement actions to improve results
Requirements
Previous experience in restaurant management
Organized and rigorous: comfortable with numbers and tracking tools
Energetic, curious and proactive
