About the role

  • Manager de Restaurant overseeing client experience from order to payment at Pokawa. Leading team operations and ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers with energy and deliver a Pokawa experience from ordering to payment
  • Manage dine-in, takeaway and orders placed through delivery platforms
  • Lead and supervise the team during service to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety rules (HACCP)
  • Ensure proper application of production processes
  • Manage procurement and inventory
  • Participate in HR management: recruitment, training, scheduling and team follow-up
  • Maintain excellent team spirit within the restaurant
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement actions to improve results

Requirements

  • Previous experience in restaurant management
  • Organized and rigorous: comfortable with numbers and tracking tools
  • Energetic, curious and proactive
  • A genuine desire to grow in a young, dynamic and fast-growing environment
