Responsibilities
Analysis of administrative and tender requirements
Preparation and coordination of documentation requested by internal and external stakeholders
Finalisation and review of tender and contract documentation in line with procedural and regulatory standards
Support in analysing contract awards together with the area coordinator
Other activities related to tender and contract administration
Requirements
Degree in Law or Economics, or equivalent experience
At least 5 years of experience in similar roles
Solid understanding of regulations governing tenders, contracts and public/private funding
Experience with national and international tenders, public and private
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team
Proficiency in Italian and English
Previous experience in the Tech sector is a plus
Knowledge of funding mechanisms and calls for proposals is a plus
