About the role

  • Marketing Intern assisting in the development and management of luxury beauty products. Collaborating across teams to execute marketing strategies for the brand in an innovative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Product Managers in the development of new products and in the day-to-day management of existing ranges
  • Conduct creative and strategic research (moodboards, concepts, naming, packaging ideas)
  • Participate in 360° launch planning, from the creative concept to retail and digital activation
  • Support the development of the 3-year marketing roadmap, aligned with brand positioning
  • Prepare briefs for packaging and design agencies
  • Analyze product performance and market trends
  • Perform competitor benchmarking and ad-hoc market studies
  • Coordinate with internal teams: Communications, Digital, Studio, Retail Design, Packaging...
  • Work closely with local markets to support product launches and rollouts
  • Collaborate with industry experts to assess product feasibility

Requirements

  • Education: Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience: Previous internship in luxury, beauty, or FMCG marketing is a plus
  • Languages: Fluent English; Spanish is a plus
  • Skills: Creative with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, curious, and collaborative
  • Comfortable with data analysis and trend research
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Passionate about beauty, luxury, and innovation
