Responsibilities
Assist Product Managers in the development of new products and in the day-to-day management of existing ranges
Conduct creative and strategic research (moodboards, concepts, naming, packaging ideas)
Participate in 360° launch planning, from the creative concept to retail and digital activation
Support the development of the 3-year marketing roadmap, aligned with brand positioning
Prepare briefs for packaging and design agencies
Analyze product performance and market trends
Perform competitor benchmarking and ad-hoc market studies
Coordinate with internal teams: Communications, Digital, Studio, Retail Design, Packaging...
Work closely with local markets to support product launches and rollouts
Collaborate with industry experts to assess product feasibility
Requirements
Education: Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Experience: Previous internship in luxury, beauty, or FMCG marketing is a plus
Languages: Fluent English; Spanish is a plus
Skills: Creative with strong attention to detail
Proactive, curious, and collaborative
Comfortable with data analysis and trend research
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
Passionate about beauty, luxury, and innovation
