About the role

  • Analista de Tráfego e Performance at Paschoalotto optimizing paid media campaigns. Focused on data analysis and improving user journey through media efforts across various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, launch and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and other channels).
  • Define objectives, KPIs and performance targets by campaign, channel and city.
  • Ensure strategic audience targeting and efficient use of budget.
  • Run continuous A/B tests (creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages and formats).
  • Analyze seasonality, economic context and user behavior to inform strategic adjustments.
  • Build, maintain and evolve performance, funnel, conversion and journey dashboards.
  • Be proficient with GA4, analyzing events, conversions, funnels and user behavior.
  • Work on tagging and measurement of events and conversions, ensuring reliable data across the user journey.
  • Use Google Tag Manager (GTM) for creating, validating and maintaining tags.
  • Identify measurement gaps, inconsistencies and opportunities to improve tracking.
  • Ensure governance, quality and reliability of the data used in analyses.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Proficiency in GA4 and analysis of performance and behavioral data.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and structuring events and conversions.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to read funnels and user journeys.
  • Experience with dashboards and data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI or similar).
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, CRO and conversion optimization.
  • Knowledge of organic traffic acquisition sources (SEO, organic search, organic social, referral and other unpaid channels).
  • Experience working in environments with multiple products and audiences.
  • Close collaboration with product and technology teams.
  • Experience in performance- and data-driven environments.
