About the role

  • Marketing Intern assisting product managers in luxury brand development and marketing strategies. Collaborating on creative research, product launches, and analyzing market trends.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Product Managers in the development of new products and in the day-to-day management of existing ranges
  • Conduct creative and strategic research (mood boards, concepts, naming, packaging ideas)
  • Participate in 360° launch planning, from creative concept to retail and digital activation
  • Support the development of a 3-year marketing roadmap aligned with the brand positioning
  • Prepare briefs for packaging and design agencies
  • Analyze product performance and market trends
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and ad hoc market studies
  • Coordinate with internal teams: Communications, Digital, Studio, Retail Design, Packaging...
  • Work closely with local markets to support product launches and rollouts
  • Collaborate with industry experts on product feasibility

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Previous internship in luxury, beauty, or FMCG marketing is a plus
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
  • Creative with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, curious, and collaborative
  • Comfortable with data analysis and trend research
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Passionate about beauty, luxury, and innovation
