Responsibilities
Assist Product Managers in the development of new products and in the day-to-day management of existing ranges
Conduct creative and strategic research (mood boards, concepts, naming, packaging ideas)
Participate in 360° launch planning, from creative concept to retail and digital activation
Support the development of a 3-year marketing roadmap aligned with the brand positioning
Prepare briefs for packaging and design agencies
Analyze product performance and market trends
Conduct competitive benchmarking and ad hoc market studies
Coordinate with internal teams: Communications, Digital, Studio, Retail Design, Packaging...
Work closely with local markets to support product launches and rollouts
Collaborate with industry experts on product feasibility
Requirements
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Previous internship in luxury, beauty, or FMCG marketing is a plus
Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
Creative with strong attention to detail
Proactive, curious, and collaborative
Comfortable with data analysis and trend research
Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
Passionate about beauty, luxury, and innovation
