Responsibilities
You will assist Product Managers in developing new products and managing the daily operations of existing ranges
Conduct creative and strategic research (moodboards, concepts, naming, packaging ideas)
Participate in 360° launch planning, from creative concept to retail and digital activation
Support the development of the 3-year marketing roadmap aligned with the brand positioning
Prepare briefs for packaging and design agencies
Analyze product performance and market trends
Perform competitor benchmarks and ad hoc market studies
Coordinate with internal teams: Communications, Digital, Studio, Retail Design, Packaging...
Work closely with local markets to support product launches and rollouts
Collaborate with industry experts on product feasibility
Requirements
Education: Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Experience: Previous internship in luxury, beauty, or FMCG marketing is a plus
Languages: Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
Skills: Creative with strong attention to detail
Proactive, curious, and collaborative
Comfortable with data analysis and trend research
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
