About the role

Responsibilities

- システムからのログとトレースデータを分析し、ソフトウェア欠陥の根本原因を特定
- シニアソフトウェアエンジニアと緊密に連携して複雑なバグを理解し、必要な修正の実装をサポート
- 顧客とのリアルタイムでのソフトウェア問題特定・解決のための共同デバッグセッションに参加
- ビルドシステムとCI/CDパイプラインの最適化と維持管理
- ソフトウェア開発プロセスの継続的改善のための分析とツール導入の提案
Requirements
- 自動車業界におけるソフトウェア開発の経験
- スクリプト言語(Python等)によるツール開発の経験
- ビルドシステムとリリースプロセスの知識及びスキル
- ログ分析とデバッグツールの使用経験及びスキル
- 問題分析とトラブルシューティングの能力
- バージョン管理システム(Git等)の使用経験及びスキル
- CI/CDツール(Jenkins等)を使用した自動化の経験と知識
- C/C++、Python などの組み込みソフトウェア開発における実証された能力
- 英語 : ビジネスレベルの会話並びに読み書き
- 最小限の監督があれば単独で作業できること。さらにチームにおいても積極的かつ効果的に作業できること。
- 自己啓発や後輩育成支援に積極的、柔軟かつ熱心に取り組むことができる
