About the role
- Controller in the WBS GRUPPE, handling data analysis, reporting, and budget support. Collaborating closely with management to drive digitalization and optimization within the company.
Responsibilities
- As a Controller, be part of a committed team in the central Controlling area of the WBS GRUPPE.
- Analyze and interpret data, uncover optimization opportunities, and identify KPIs.
- Build and develop a meaningful, automated sales reporting system.
- Prepare and present key figures and analyses to management.
- Provide additional information and actionable recommendations.
- Actively contribute to digitalization and automation within Controlling.
- Support managers in their budget planning.
- Collaborate closely with business units on financial matters.
Requirements
- A degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of professional experience.
- Excellent skills in MS Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
- Strong analytical thinking and a structured, independent working style.
- The ability to communicate complex topics clearly and appropriately for the audience.
- A high level of personal responsibility, plus team spirit, flexibility, and cross-functional thinking.
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
