Responsibilities
- Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung des monatlichen Reportings
- Monatliches Reporting an die Muttergesellschaft in Frankreich
- Erstellung von Finanzberichten und Präsentationen für Managementmeetings und internationale Gremien
- Analyse und Interpretation von Finanzkennzahlen sowie Erstellung von Berichten zu Abweichungen und Performance-Trends
- Budgetplanung, Forecasting und Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Analysen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Finanzabteilung zur Sicherstellung einer konsistenten und korrekten Datenaufbereitung
- Überwachung und Analyse der finanziellen Zielerreichung sowie - Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Controlling- und Planungsprozessen
- Durchführung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen und Investitionsbewertungen
- Projektarbeit im Bereich Controlling
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Reporting und in der Erstellung von Präsentationen für internationale Stakeholder
- Sehr gute Excel Kenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit gängigen ERP- und BI-Systemen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, eine präzise, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Zahlen
- Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, komplexe finanzielle Zusammenhänge verständlich darzustellen
