About the role

  • Technical Project Manager overseeing end-to-end delivery of content management website projects for Capgemini. Collaborating on digital platform initiatives leveraging Microsoft and AWS technologies across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of content management website development projects from inception through launch and post-launch support
  • Own technical scope delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk management for digital platform initiatives
  • Translate business and marketing requirements into clear technical deliverables and work plans
  • Drive adoption of cloud-native development practices including microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code
  • Lead projects leveraging AWS services such as EC2, S3, CloudFront, Lambda, and monitoring/logging tools as well as Microsoft technologies such as C# and .Net Framework
  • Collaborate with Infra Ops and Security teams to ensure reliability, performance, and compliance
  • Enforce SDLC processes, agile/waterfall delivery practices, and PMO governance standards
  • Assist with QA processes, testing cycles, defect management, and release readiness
  • Support production deployments, post-launch stabilization, and operational handovers

Requirements

  • 5 years of hands-on technical experience in software or web application development
  • 3 years of experience in a Technical Project Manager or Technical Delivery Lead role
  • Good understanding and experience working on Microsoft Tech stack developing web applications built using C# and .Net Framework
  • Strong understanding of content management website development concepts including o CMS platforms traditional and/or headless o APIs and frontend/backend integrations o Database development
  • Good understanding of digital marketing concepts including interaction and integration of various tagging analytics systems into websites
  • Proven experience with cloud-native architectures preferably within the AWS ecosystem
  • Experience working with distributed teams across geographies and time zones
  • Strong MS Visio and Excel skills and extensive experience creating and maintaining technical documentation
