Responsibilities
- Lead audit teams in the execution of audit engagements and monitoring of key initiatives
- Review workpapers and final report drafts

- Validate audit findings to confirm issues are properly resolved
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience that may be a combination of internal/external audit, business segment, or risk experience
- 3+ years of Consumer Compliance or BSA/AML/OFAC experience
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office and Adobe skills required, including Excel and Word required
- Professional certification (CPA, CIA, ACAMS, CRCM, etc.) is required within 24 months of start date
- Comprehensive knowledge of the risk governance regulatory environment and experience in managing or auditing the related risks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience leading complex audit projects end-to-end, including scoping, planning, fieldwork execution, and reporting
- Excellent project management skills
- Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Working knowledge of recognized risk frameworks, i.e., COSO’s Internal Control – Integrated Framework
