About the role

  • Technical Project Leader overseeing technical aspects and development teams for military drive solutions at RENK Group. Responsible for project progress reports and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

  • Point of contact internally (Sales, Production, Service) and externally (customers, suppliers) for all technical aspects of your products with stakeholders
  • Coordination of the development teams (mechanical, hydraulics, electronics, software) for technical enhancements and series maintenance
  • Planning and alignment of development projects with other departments, including estimating timelines, effort and resource planning
  • Participation in the preparation of technical documentation and analyses, e.g. specifications and system analyses
  • Responsible for the technical product maintenance of the assigned gearbox types
  • Monitoring and review of schedules and project risks as well as technical review of developments to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Regular reporting on project progress to the next management level in the form of project presentations at key milestones

Requirements

  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics
  • Good knowledge of drive technology (mechanical and electronic)
  • Solid experience in project management
  • Experience with 3D-CAD, preferably Siemens NX
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Understanding of mechanical processes and interrelations
  • Holistic thinking and strong analytical skills
