Responsibilities
As a ServiceNow Solution Architect you design high-performance IT platforms
You design and implement complex requirements based on the ServiceNow platform (e.g., CSM, HR) — from requirements analysis through implementation
Together with our team you develop technical platform strategies and innovative solution approaches
Integrate existing system landscapes and provide technical leadership for transformation and migration projects
As part of international teams you contribute to building scalable solutions
You apply generative AI strategically to optimize both customer-facing and internal processes
Requirements
University degree — preferably in Computer Science or a related field
Several years of experience with ServiceNow in architecture, lead, or consulting roles
Solid knowledge of ServiceNow modules, platform logic, and ITIL-based processes
Strong JavaScript skills and practical experience with Now Assist
Familiarity with agile project methods and frameworks such as Scrum
Preferably certified: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management (CIS-CSM)
Strong communication skills in German and English in technical contexts
