Responsibilities
Participating in the development and delivery of Order Management projects for various global clients.
Collaborating with Transformation Managers to craft and deliver end-to-end fulfillment business solutions.
Taking ownership of project deliverables related to documentation of process challenges, potential improvements, benefits analysis, reporting, and business cases.
Contributing to projects for both external clients and internal Capgemini Business Services engagements.
Applying various process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma / DGEM Benchmarking) within your area of expertise for continuous improvement and transformation.
Creating and conducting compelling presentations and advocating for your ideas with clients.
Supporting facilitation of client meetings within your business area, driving consensus and agreement among all stakeholders.
Building lasting relationships with client stakeholders that lead to successful future opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in the Order Management area with expertise in target operating model design, process design (process flows, narratives, operating procedures, control frameworks) and documentation preparation.
Good knowledge and working experience with SAP supply chain modules (SD, MM, TM, WM).
English at CEFR Grade C1 (Advanced) or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at various levels of clients' organization with experience in client-facing activities (i.e., workshops, presentations, training).
Experience in project-based work with frequent client interactions.
Excellent organizational and time management skills as well as strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience working in a global and complex business environment (BPO/SSC experience).
Experience in the consulting industry is a plus.
