About the role
- Cloud Transformation Manager managing complex IT transformation projects across phases. Leading transformation efforts and coordinating teams for Capgemini's global clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex IT transformation programs across all project phases — from proposal support to handover to operations.
- Coordinate internal and external units, ensure timely delivery, and integrate cross-cutting functions such as finance, risk, change and contract management, and IT security.
- Lead the program team and report regularly to the client’s and Capgemini’s senior management.
Requirements
- Experience leading global infrastructure projects and large (international) project teams.
- Experience leading cloud migration projects (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Preferably experience in management consulting.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills at management level.
- Willingness to travel and excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Project management certification preferred (IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, etc.).
