Responsibilities
Monitor and control daily billing and invoicing processes across markets, ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedures
Validate controls and documentation, including monthly checks and incident follow-ups
Prepare audit files and support internal/external audits
Propose and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
Ensure timely delivery of invoices, reports, and responses to queries, escalating issues when needed
Manage email and phone communications, providing regular feedback on pending matters
Collaborate with the team, share knowledge, and support transformation initiatives
Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Business Management (or related fields)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is mandatory)
Advanced English and French (spoken and written)
Excellent soft skills, adaptability, autonomy, and organizational abilities
