  • Business Revenue Account Manager at Capgemini overseeing billing and invoicing processes. Collaborating with teams to improve efficiency and support audits while managing communications.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control daily billing and invoicing processes across markets, ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedures
  • Validate controls and documentation, including monthly checks and incident follow-ups
  • Prepare audit files and support internal/external audits
  • Propose and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
  • Ensure timely delivery of invoices, reports, and responses to queries, escalating issues when needed
  • Manage email and phone communications, providing regular feedback on pending matters
  • Collaborate with the team, share knowledge, and support transformation initiatives

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Business Management (or related fields)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is mandatory)
  • Advanced English and French (spoken and written)
  • Excellent soft skills, adaptability, autonomy, and organizational abilities
