Requirements

Spoken and written fluency in Swedish, at a near-native level
Good knowledge of English as this is our company language
An interest in finding solutions and improving the offer for our customers
Additional language skills (Finnish, German) are a plus
Experience in a customer-facing role
Experience in working in customer support via chat, phone and email
