About the role

  • Head of Growth driving B2C growth and performance marketing strategies for a digital health platform. Responsible for innovation and scaling within a dynamic healthtech startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • B2C Growth & Revenue Impact: Responsible for predictable growth across the entire funnel — from awareness to revenue and retention. Manage paid, organic and CRM channels; optimize CAC, conversion and LTV.
  • Go-to-Market & (Performance) Campaigns: Develop and execute clear go-to-market strategies for new products, markets or target segments. Test channels, messaging and offers.
  • Funnel & Performance Management: Build and maintain robust tracking and reporting structures, make data-driven decisions, and run continuous experiments to improve conversion.
  • AI-Driven Marketing: Systematically use AI tools for content creation, creative testing, personalization, campaign optimization, performance analysis and automation of campaign workflows to increase efficiency.
  • Marketing Operations & Budget: Own the marketing budget, forecast in coordination with Finance, establish efficient processes and manage external partners.
  • Investor Readiness: Build a scalable marketing engine with clear KPIs and demonstrable revenue impact to support investor discussions.

Requirements

  • Performance & Growth Experience (B2C/DTC): Several years of experience building scalable acquisition channels in the consumer space at a startup or scale-up, with demonstrable impact on revenue and unit economics.
  • Data-Driven & Analytical: Highly proficient with funnel KPIs, attribution, testing and budget management; you think in experiments and hypotheses.
  • AI as a Core Competency: Actively use AI tools, create workflows and automations, and understand prompt engineering, data structures and integrations within existing marketing processes.
  • Brand Understanding: Ability to develop strong positioning and clear messaging — building relevance, not just traffic.
  • Hands-on Mentality: You execute work yourself, structure and prioritize tasks, and don’t wait for large teams or perfect conditions.
  • Entrepreneurial Thinking: You understand business cases, work closely with Finance and Product, and make decisions with profitability and scalability in mind.
  • Ownership & Leadership Potential: High personal accountability, clear communication, and the perspective to build a small team in the medium term.
