About the role

  • Principal Associate in Project Management, leading teams in the Business Cards & Payments organization. Collaborating to drive high-priority projects and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead moderate to large sized teams on high-priority initiatives and work streams.
  • Develop and manage project plans and delivery roadmaps.
  • Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical recommendations.
  • Drive solutions to complex problems across cross-functional teams.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations.
  • Communicate status, impediments, and risks/issues across all levels of the program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • At least 3 years of project management experience
  • 2+ years of experience facilitating Agile teams on IT projects (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence) (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience working, supporting or partnering with internal business clients (preferred)
  • 5+ years of project management experience (preferred)
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
