About the role

Responsibilities
- Support project execution by coordinating activities between clients and internal delivery teams.
- Help define and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including scheduling, agendas, and meeting invitations.
- Track project tasks and progress in project management tools, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Facilitate regular status updates and share clear summaries of progress, next steps, and risks.
- Identify risks or blockers early and escalate them appropriately with proposed mitigation options.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience managing software delivery or technology-related projects.
- Experience working with cloud-based platforms or CRM implementations (Salesforce exposure is a plus).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with clients in education, non-profit, or similar sectors is desirable.
- Solid understanding of project management fundamentals, including Agile concepts.
- Hands-on experience using project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or similar platforms.
