Responsibilities
Oversee multiple office locations, ensuring consistent service standards, operational excellence, and cost control across all sites.
Ensure each office is well maintained, fully operational, and aligned with company workplace standards.
Balance local business needs with overall company policies and global workplace strategy.
Monitor budgets, performance metrics, and operational efficiency across the portfolio.
Manage and oversee service providers and contracts across multiple locations, covering both hard and soft FM services.
Monitor contractor performance, SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery across several sites and projects simultaneously.
Build and maintain a strong, reliable vendor network to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and cost optimisation initiatives.
Oversee hard and soft FM services across offices, including MEP systems, maintenance, cleaning, security, and grounds services where applicable.
Ensure consistent service levels and value for money through approved providers.
Coordinate teams and vendors across locations to ensure smooth daily operations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across facilities operations.
Support and lead office moves, new site openings, closures, refurbishments, and fit-out projects.
Plan and deliver facilities and real estate projects across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with budgets, timelines, and business priorities.
Manage internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful project execution.
Support workplace transformation and space optimisation initiatives.
Oversee physical security, access control systems, and workplace technologies across offices.
Ensure compliance with local requirements while maintaining a consistent global approach to security and workplace systems.
Ensure all offices comply with local Health & Safety regulations and internal standards.
Coordinate regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments across locations.
Implement corrective actions and maintain up-to-date compliance documentation and reporting.
Act as a trusted point of contact for Country Heads and senior leaders on workplace, real estate, and facilities matters.
Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, People, Procurement, and local leadership teams to support business growth and operational needs.
Provide reporting and insights on portfolio performance and facilities strategy.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Facilities Management or Corporate Real Estate.
Proven experience managing multiple sites across different regions.
Strong experience overseeing both hard and soft FM services.
Demonstrated experience in vendor and contract management.
Solid understanding of Health & Safety regulations and building systems (MEP).
Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
