- Ability to map, document, and improve operational processes, focusing on operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Implement and monitor quality control processes in operations to ensure compliance and reduce operational risks.
- Experience in insurance operations, preferably in credit life (prestamista), life insurance, and/or private pension products.
- Practical experience in managing operational processes within insurance companies.
- Advanced Excel skills for working with large volumes of data and reports.
- Familiarity with operations management software and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms.
