Responsibilities
define the product vision and roadmap for the platforms, tools, and integrations that power personalized marketing, customer lifecycle automation, segmentation, campaign orchestration, real-time decisioning, and measurement
own the end-to-end MarTech stack and enable Marketing, Growth, CRM, Data, and Engineering teams to deliver targeted, timely, and impactful customer experiences at scale
define the product strategy and roadmap, lead a team of Product Managers, and drive measurable impact across growth, trust, and operational efficiency
Requirements
8+ years in years developing successful digital products, including 3+ years managing Product Managers
Experience designing, launching and optimizing large scale and complex Martech ecosystems, CRM platforms, CDPs, ESPs, and customer data infrastructure
Expertise in creating and maintaining roadmaps, while also training direct reports on best practices
Ability to write descriptive narratives which demonstrate your knowledge of the problem, strategies, risks, and data which helped formulate the proposed solution or feature
Proven ownership of customer lifecycle, segmentation, or personalization products
Proven ability to engage Data Scientists and ML teams on predictive or automated capabilities
Experience in Agile software product delivery, preferably in a scrum setting using Jira
Expertise in funnel analytics, experimentation, and data-driven product development
Executive level communication and storytelling to offer effective updates and streamline communication to a broad audience.
Experience with vendor orchestration, model monitoring, and risk decisioning platforms
Background building platform capabilities (rules engines, feature stores, experimentation frameworks)
