About the role

Responsibilities
- You are the primary POC for all product decisions.
- You architect the logic from the ground up.
- You report to the CPO and serve as the expert voice for Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams.
- Take raw problems and turn them into high-detail functional specs.
- Audit the existing product using raw data, feedback from internal stakeholders, user research, support tracks and bug reports.
- Conduct your own deep-dive research with teachers and students to become the company's leading source of user truth.
- Use our Product Vision Document to filter requests.
Requirements
- 7+ years in PM, with at least 3 years in a Series B/C scale-up (30–150 people). You thrive in chaos and build your own playbooks.
- You aren't afraid of APIs or database schemas. You can hold your own in a logic debate with a Lead Engineer.
- Experience in "heavy logic" environments (LMS integrations, Fintech, or B2B workflow tools).
- You see a friction point and draft a spec to fix it before anyone asks. You "take" responsibility; you don't wait for it.
