About the role
- Senior Analyst managing Cloud infrastructure for technology projects at Cadastra in São Paulo. Focusing on AWS, GCP, automation, and efficiency in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage Windows and Linux servers.
- Manage the Group's cloud infrastructure (AWS and GCP).
- Administer the Google Workspace environment (accounts, groups, security, policies, integrations, logs, and audits).
- Perform backup and recovery routines.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and availability.
- Support documentation and process automation.
- Support migration and environment modernization projects.
- Implement cloud solutions for new and legacy workloads.
- Automate resource provisioning.
- Manage networks, IAM, security policies, storage, and VMs.
- Ensure security, compliance, and best practices in cloud environments.
- Collaborate with security, development, and architecture teams.
- Support microservices architecture, ensuring scalability, resilience, and observability of environments.
- Maintain and evolve container environments (Docker, Kubernetes, GKE, EKS).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields.
- Experience with servers, networking, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace administration (Admin Console, GAM, security policies, auditing).
- Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of networking, security, Linux, and DevSecOps best practices.
- Knowledge of information security applied to infrastructure.
- Automation skills are desirable.
- Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented profile.
- Solid experience with AWS and GCP.
- Ability to work autonomously with a focus on innovation.
- FinOps: cloud cost management and optimization.
- Containers: deep expertise in Kubernetes (GKE).
- Must hold the Professional Cloud Architect certification.
