Responsibilities
Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring deadlines, scope and budget are met;
Plan and monitor schedules, deliverables and resources, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders;
Act as a facilitator among multidisciplinary teams, promoting integration and engagement to achieve project objectives;
Identify risks and propose proactive solutions to minimize impacts;
Ensure quality and that deliverables meet client expectations;
Prepare status reports and present results to clients and leadership;
Actively participate in identifying opportunities to improve internal processes.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of prior project management experience, preferably in digital or marketing environments;
Advanced knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana or similar;
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional (waterfall) approaches;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Analytical mindset with a strong problem-solving orientation;
Strong organizational, planning and priority management skills;
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Engineering, Technology or related fields;
Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, etc.) are a strong plus;
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is desirable;
Proactive attitude, sense of ownership and ability to work effectively in a team.
