About the role
- Account Analyst managing client projects and establishing solid relationships in a hybrid work environment. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver value and grow mutual partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring deadlines, scope and budget are met;
- Plan and monitor schedules, deliverables and resources, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders;
- Act as a facilitator among multidisciplinary teams, promoting integration and engagement to achieve project objectives;
- Identify risks and propose proactive solutions to minimize impacts;
- Ensure quality and that deliverables meet client expectations;
- Prepare status reports and present results to clients and leadership;
- Actively participate in identifying opportunities to improve internal processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of prior project management experience, preferably in digital or marketing environments;
- Advanced knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana or similar;
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional (waterfall) approaches;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Analytical mindset with a strong problem-solving orientation;
- Strong organizational, planning and priority management skills;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Engineering, Technology or related fields;
- Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, etc.) are a strong plus;
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is desirable;
- Proactive attitude, sense of ownership and ability to work effectively in a team.
