Responsibilities
- Goods receipt and inspection against accompanying documents
- Inspection of goods and certificates for completeness and integrity
- Competent monitoring and management of incoming and outgoing goods
- Picking, packing and preparation for shipment
- Loading and securing goods according to transport requirements
- Posting/recording all transactions in the ERP system
- Safe, professional use of handheld scanners
- Compliance with required occupational health and safety and quality standards
- Proper and responsible management of all processes in the materials warehouse
- Ongoing process optimization and warehouse organization
- General warehouse and administrative duties
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in logistics or a comparable qualification
- Valid forklift license
- Several years of relevant professional experience
- Careful and reliable working style
- Very good organizational skills and an efficient way of working
- High degree of flexibility, sense of responsibility and resilience
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Confident use of common MS Office programs
- Experience with the ERP system Infor LN is an advantage
- Ideally, experience with handheld scanners
