Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain **test automation frameworks from the ground up**
- Perform **manual testing** when automation is not suitable
- Define test strategies, test cases, and test data

- Integrate tests into **CI/CD pipelines**
- Collaborate closely with developers, BAs, and product owners
- Take responsibility for quality, not just test execution
Requirements
- Strong experience in **both manual and automated testing**
- Proven ability to **create automation frameworks from scratch**
- Solid programming skills (e.g. Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, REST tools)
- Good understanding of **test design, QA processes, and agile teams**
- Independent, structured, and proactive mindset
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Nice to have: Experience with cloud environments and microservices
- Performance or security testing experience
- Experience mentoring or setting QA standards
