Responsibilities
- Provide project management support including project execution and pursuit development for water utilities and state and local government projects
- Assist project managers from project development through project completion
- Assist with preparing staffing plans for project pursuits and existing projects
- Prepare updates to client relationship management tools
- Support project execution tasks
- Assist with development of scopes of services and fees
- Assist with developing project management plans
- Assist with review and submittal of project invoices

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Science, or a related field
- Prefer 5+ years professional experience as a project coordinator or similar role
- Previous consulting or water utility experience
- Experience with critical infrastructure projects
- Proficiency with computer software, including MS Office Suite and Project Software and Salesforce
- Experience assisting with proposal development and project execution
- Organizational skills including time management, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
- Experience dealing with ambiguity
