About the role

  • Project Coordinator providing project management support for water utilities and government projects. Assisting project managers from development through completion in a leading engineering firm.

Responsibilities

  • Provide project management support including project execution and pursuit development for water utilities and state and local government projects
  • Assist project managers from project development through project completion
  • Assist with preparing staffing plans for project pursuits and existing projects
  • Prepare updates to client relationship management tools
  • Support project execution tasks
  • Assist with development of scopes of services and fees
  • Assist with developing project management plans
  • Assist with review and submittal of project invoices
  • Assist with accounts receivable and collections
  • Provide subconsultant management support

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Science, or a related field
  • Prefer 5+ years professional experience as a project coordinator or similar role
  • Previous consulting or water utility experience
  • Experience with critical infrastructure projects
  • Proficiency with computer software, including MS Office Suite and Project Software and Salesforce
  • Experience assisting with proposal development and project execution
  • Organizational skills including time management, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
  • Experience dealing with ambiguity
