• Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and coordinating construction projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish project goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Assist the project team to adhere to the timelines and deliverables
• Record, track, and process all construction drawings
• Process all Change Orders and Contract Revision for approval by the Project Manager
• Provide innovative solutions to issues that may arise during the project
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, blueprints, specifications, and other relevant records
• Ensure proper version control and accessibility to team members
