About the role
- AFAS Payroll Consultant for Buro Payroll managing payroll for various clients in hybrid work environment. Engaging in client consultations and process optimizations while ensuring payroll accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Werk je als salarisadministrateur voor één of meerdere klanten van Buro Payroll
- Zorg je dat de periodieke verloning tot in de puntjes klopt
- Adviseer je klanten over een efficiëntere inrichting van hun salarisprocessen
- Bent een sparringpartner en denkt mee
- Signaleert verbeterkansen en schakelt regelmatig met klanten over vragen en afstemming
Requirements
- Minimaal 3-5 jaar werkervaring als salarisadministrateur
- PDL of VPS diploma
- Je hebt ervaring met de payroll software van AFAS
- Sterk cijfermatig inzicht
- Je hebt aanpassingsvermogen, bent oplossingsgericht en kritisch
- Secuur en analytisch vermogen
- Je kunt structuur aanbrengen in je werk en prioriteiten stellen
- Gedegen Excelkennis – bijv. draaitabellen, verticaal zoeken om o.a. aansluiting te maken met de financiële administratie
