About the role

  • Inventory Manager taking the lead in managing inventory for global fashion products. Involved in forecasting demand and ensuring seamless operations for BURGA's product availability.

Responsibilities

  • Forecast demand, manage replenishment strategies, and set safety stock levels.
  • Monitor stock levels, generate reports, and analyze trends for data-driven decisions.
  • Manage purchase orders, oversee supplier lead times, and negotiate minimum order quantities.
  • Optimize order quantities to minimize ordering, shipping, and storage costs.
  • Work with marketing, manufacturing, and logistics teams to align inventory with business needs.
  • Continuously refine inventory strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in inventory planning or an inventory management role.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Paying attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory tracking.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset to interpret inventory trends.
  • Problem-solving abilities to address supply chain challenges.
  • Knowledge of demand forecasting to predict inventory needs effectively.
