About the role

  • B2B Sales Manager driving growth for BURGA, focusing on expanding drinkware products globally across partnerships. Collaborating with teams for seamless partner experiences and market strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market analyses and research for new B2B clients, managing the entire process from client acquisition to establishing long-term relationships for drinkware products
  • Develop and implement innovative sales initiatives, focusing on expanding the company’s drinkware presence globally across wholesale and corporate channels
  • Execute comprehensive sales plans, encompassing market research, pricing strategies, and sales forecasting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and high retention rates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, manufacturing, and customer support, to align strategies
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities in different markets, utilizing data to inform decisions and adjust sales strategies
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and trade policies during international sales operations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B service or product sales, showcasing success in attracting and developing new customers
  • Skilled in developing markets for new products or driving sales expansion within retail or lifestyle brands
  • Background in consumer goods, lifestyle products, or drinkware is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and time management skills
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Goal-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
  • Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
