Responsibilities
Conduct market analyses and research for new B2B clients, managing the entire process from client acquisition to establishing long-term relationships for drinkware products
Develop and implement innovative sales initiatives, focusing on expanding the company’s drinkware presence globally across wholesale and corporate channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and high retention rates
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, manufacturing, and customer support, to align strategies
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities in different markets, utilizing data to inform decisions and adjust sales strategies
Ensure compliance with regulations and trade policies during international sales operations
Requirements
3+ years of experience in B2B service or product sales, showcasing success in attracting and developing new customers
Skilled in developing markets for new products or driving sales expansion within retail or lifestyle brands
Background in consumer goods, lifestyle products, or drinkware is a strong advantage
Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and time management skills
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Goal-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
