Responsibilities
Manage the entire bid response process, from analyzing client requirements to contract signature
Assemble and lead the team of contributors for the proposal (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, technical, operational, legal and financial departments)
Draft the technical and commercial proposal with method and precision
Validate pricing schedules according to defined profitability targets
Prepare and lead client presentations and pitches for proposals
Negotiate commercial and contractual terms up to contract signature
Occasional travel within Hauts-de-France and Grand Est regions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) in Business or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing public and private tenders
Ideally experienced up to commercial negotiation
Comfortable with public and private tender response techniques
Strong methodical approach, rigor and synthesis skills
Ability to manage technical aspects and cost estimation
Confident negotiation skills.
